Clothing Customization Process

  1. Check the custom T-shirt category to find the link to the custom T-shirt, select the required pattern, color, size, and quantity, etc., and accept the demand of mass customization or design for you;
  2. Contact customer service Ms. Patricia to make a rendering, and we will make and modify the rendering to your satisfaction;
  3. Confirm the renderings. If there is a demand for mass customization/design, customer service will make an additional quotation, based on the effect and customized quantity (bulk orders will be more affordable);
  4. Place an order for payment, make a delivery, and try to meet your expected delivery time. Note that customized products do not support any reason to return.

Washing Instructions

It is recommended to use a neutral laundry detergent, and it is recommended to wash by hand, which will cause less damage to the clothes, but it is not suitable for chlorine bleaching and should be dried in the shade. Protect from direct sunlight to prevent dark colors from fading, and hang inside out when drying in the sun. The soaking time should not be too long to prevent the clothes from fading. It is recommended to wash dark and light-colored clothes separately to avoid staining.

Size Measurement

Length: The distance from the top of the shoulder to the hem
Bust: The distance between the armhole seams on both sides of the armpit
Shoulder Width: The distance between the two shoulder lines
Sleeve Length: The distance from shoulder line to cuff

Order Tracking

Wrong Order Submitted/Modified Order

You can cancel the order and change the order information within 2 hours after placing the order, but I hope you contact customer service in time to obtain more timely and accurate services. If the product has been shipped, we will try our best to contact the logistics to help you deal with it, and you need to bear the postage due to the change of address.

Order Damaged in Transit

Our main concern is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this happens, please be sure to contact our customer service as soon as possible, explain the damage and attach pictures. If your goods are partially damaged, we can replace them for free; if your goods are completely damaged, please reject and contact our customer service for replacement or refund.

Received A Damaged Product

We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify GalaxySprout immediately. If the customer does not file a claim with GalaxySprout within 3 business days of the delivery date, the company will be deemed to have accepted the shipment and waive any damage, error or shortage.
