30 Days No Reason to Refund

Thank you for ordering from our online store! We want you to be satisfied with your GalaxySprout product, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. We support no questions asked returns within 30 days.

If you need to return the product, please contact customer service Ms. Patricia first to confirm the reason and need for the return, and then send the original package of the product back to the above address. No returns will be processed without prior communication.

Return Product Request

To be eligible for a return, the t-shirt you purchased must be unused, undamaged, soiled, and in the same condition as you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.
Please provide the order number or certificate of the T-shirt you purchased. If it is not available, we will not be able to refund your product.
If the T-shirt is damaged when you receive the goods, you need to provide relevant unpacking photos and video proof.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not supported for customized products.

Return Fee

If the goods are damaged or missing, you can submit the unpacking video and pictures to verify the above problems. After the verification is correct, you can directly refund or resend. At this time, you will not bear the freight.

However, if you return the product due to personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong color or quantity when purchasing, you need to bear the shipping cost. You will not be charged a restocking fee unless the tag is removed from the item, and a 2% restocking fee will be charged for refunds or exchanges.

Received Defective Item

We will do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, however, if your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Failure by the customer to make any claim to GalaxySprout within 3 business days of the delivery date will constitute acceptance of the goods and the customer waives any claim for any damage, error or shortage.

Cancel Order

GalaxySprout supports refunds within 2 hours of placing an order and does not support more than 2 hours (processed orders cannot be taken out of the parcel pile). Our refund processing time is 1 business day, and refunds will be arranged within 1 business day after a successful elimination.

Refund Arrival Time

Generally, 1-3 business days, depending on the processing speed of the third-party payment system. So please be patient and don’t rush. If it is overdue, you can contact GalaxySprout customer service, and we will help you inquire about the processing situation.
