Order Processing and Shipping

Orders placed before 4:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday are considered orders of the day and will be processed on the same day; orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed on the next business day; orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday and weekends will be processed on the next Monday. Our order processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
The postage is as follows:

No fee for payment amounts≥ $100;

Order Processing Time Is Too Long

Our order processing time is usually 1-2 business days. If there is a delay, we will give a $6 coupon as compensation. If you need to apply for a return, please consult our customer service to help you handle it. We apologize if it times out. You can contact us by email, and we will arrange a refund for you as soon as possible, and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account.
